- This Hagia Sophia ticket gives you access to the Visiting Area and Upper Gallery, not the prayer area
- Men and women must cover their knees. If you wear shorts, you can buy a body cover for 100 TRY

- Wear comfortable walking shoes as there is a moderate amount of walking involved.
- Be prepared for any weather conditions; bring a hat and sunscreen on sunny days.
- Large Backpacks, large bags, and large umbrellas are not allowed inside the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque for security reasons.
- All the Mosques are active places of worship; visitors may need to wait outside during prayer times.

Mosque Entry Dress Code
- Dress modestly.
- Women: Cover your hair, shoulders, and knees.
- A scarf is recommended.
- Men: No shorts above the knees.
- If needed, scarves and cover-ups are usually provided at the mosque entrance.
- About Meeting Point
- If you come by a taxi. Please tell the driver to drop you off at the “ Sultanahmet cami” This is Blue mosque in Turkish and the meeting point is next to the mosque. If you come by tram, you will need to get off at the Sultanahmet/Blue mosque Tram Station. From the tram station walk down the hill on the right side of the road toward to the little mosque Firuz ağa . Take the first right onto the Hippodrome ( square ). You will see the green domed fountain in front of you. Please note that, the German fountain is not a fountain which splash the water. It is a monumental fountain with a green dome with taps around. If you come by a taxi, please don’t mention about German fountain as they most likely won’t know. You can tell them Blue mosque and better in Turkish ( Sultanahmet jammy )
