1. Subject of the Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the terms and conditions for the sale and provision of tour and travel services booked by the BUYER via the website www.eternalwondertours.com, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 6502) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Parties
SELLER: Eternal Wonder Tours
BUYER: The individual who makes a tour reservation through the website, whose personal and payment details are submitted during the booking process.
3. Description of Services
Details regarding the purchased tour, including tour dates, participant count, total price, and specific terms (if any), will be provided during the reservation process.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are made securely via the online payment system on the website, using credit or debit cards. The reservation is confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or operational reasons by Eternal Wonder Tours, the full amount will be refunded or an alternative will be offered.
6. Service Fulfillment
Tour services commence at the specified time and location. It is the BUYER’s responsibility to be at the meeting point on time. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, transportation strikes, etc.), Eternal Wonder Tours will notify the customer and suggest alternatives or provide a full refund.
7. Jurisdiction
In case of any dispute arising from this agreement, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
